Step 2: Proceed with booking your choice of Cabin Suite for the Expedition/Voyage

PLEASE NOTE:
We highly recommend following the steps above to proceed with making your cabin suite booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Cabin Suite bookings/Voyage reservations are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are based on availability of cabins.
Once we receive your Cabin Suite booking/Voyage reservation form, you’ll be sent a link to pay your 30% Cabin Suite deposit to confirm your Cabin Suite booking.
Only once you have paid your 30% Cabin Suite deposit, will your cabin suite booking be confirmed (and your spot at the Conference & Expedition, secured).
Once your 30% Cabin Suite deposit has been paid and your booking confirmed, we will be contacting you directly via email with a few different payment plan options which allows you to pay the remaining balance of your Cabin Suite booking in instalments over the coming months.

What is this for?
As per the Conference Event webpage, the Cabin Suite/Voyage Cost for 11 day, 10 night per person is:
Verandah Cabin Suite: $15,721 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $18,995pp)
Infinity Cabin Suite: $15,996 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $19,395pp)
All Delegate Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions are required to make a Cabin Suite booking.
*The cost of your Cabin Suite includes your accommodation, all meals, 1x complimentary Antarctica Parka per person (yours to keep after the voyage), waterproof boot rental, plus all expedition activities scheduled as inclusions of the Antarctica Expedition/Voyage.
