With a combined experience of 17+ years, working internationally with a variety of expedition and cruise companies has given us a comprehensive understanding of onboard operations and how to create professional, well organised and entertaining events to adventurous locations around the globe.
Additionally, our specialised skills and resources are utilised to source the most suitable Expedition or Cruise conference options based on individual group requirements. This experience of the inner workings of Cruise ship operations, ensures we can offer a professional, well organised and entertaining event for our Conference Partners. We understand the arduous nature of land based events and how logistically taxing they can be, so to maximise success of your event, we travel/cruise with you for the duration of the event:
- To work in collaboration to ensure smooth running of every aspect of the program
- To act as onboard liaisons
- To organise and coordinate with key cruise line staff to ensure all activities associated with the event are met, and runs in a professional and organised manner.
