Please follow below instructions to proceed with making your booking/reservation for the voyage.
Step 2: Make your booking/reservation for the Voyage
- Download your booking/reservation form
- Fill out and send your completed booking/reservation form to jay@bhconferencing.com

*If your cabin selections are sold out, and there are other cabins still available, you will be contacted and given the option to choose one of the remaining cabins that are available.
PLEASE NOTE:
We highly recommend following the steps above to proceed with making your booking/reservation for your cabin as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Bookings/reservations are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are based on availability of cabin selection.
Bookings/reservations of your cabin selection can only be secured with a 20% deposit (approx. USD$3,000pp) which is due at the time of submitting your booking/reservation form to us. The remaining balance of your cabin selection will only need to be paid by July 6, 2019. Please refer to Quark Expeditions’ payment terms and conditions for more information.
What is this for?
As per the Conference Information & Registration page, the Voyage Cost for 12 day/11 night per person sharing/double occupancy is USD$15,500 – USD$18,395

This covers your 12 day, 11 night ship & hotel accommodations (per Quark Expeditions itinerary – download a detailed outline of the itinerary here), plus amazing additional inclusions – please see the Conference Information & Registration page for a refresher of all the inclusions.
All Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions, who are joining us for the duration of the Expedition Conference, are required to have a booking/reservation.
